Dorset: Poundbury - Putton Lane - Lyme Regis

What We Delivered
Poundbury, Dorchester, Dorset
The village of Poundbury is an urban extension to the Dorset town of Dorchester, built according to architectural and planning principles advocated by The Prince of Wales. The project began in 1993 and isn't due to be finished until possibly 2025, with a further two thousand properties planned.
Titan Drylining have been working at Poundbury since 2014 and have provided the internal drylining, plastering, insulation and suspended acoustic ceiling systems for traditional build houses and flats.
Greys Field, Putton Lane, Chickerell, Weymouth, Dorset
CG Fry & Son have been building residential houing at Greys Field since 2014. This development is a mixture of hightly individual character homes set within carefully planned streetscapes, incorporating business space, open space and allotments.
Titan Drylining have supplied the internal drylining for over 260 properties at Putton Lane to date. Out work has included insulation, Metal Framed partitions and suspended ceiling systems for this project.
Timber Hill, Lyme Regis, Dorset
CG Fry have completed an attractive development of 15 affordable homes at Timber Hill, with stunning views over the Dorset hills, with large landscaped open areas. CG Fry have received praise for their “superb” homes at Timber Hill, from local residence of Lyme Regis and the Community Land Trust.
Titan Drylining have supplied the internal drylining, plastering, insulation, metal framed partitioning and external rendering for this spacious collection of semi-detached houses and terrace style flats.
